Made Steamed Moist Banana cake. I made this cause my cook steams this weekly for the school’s children and they love it! It’s such an easy recipe to make too. My Mum is a banana lover and she enjoyed it so much!

Moist Chocolate Banana Bread 🍌🍞 You will need: 1. Bananas - 4 2. Half cup brown sugar 3. 1 cup salted butter 4. Eggs - 5 5. 2 Tbsp Vanilla extract 6. Almond Flour - 1 cup 7. All purpose Flour - 1 cup 8. Baking soda - 2 Tsp Preparation: 1. In a large mixing bowl, add 4 ripe mashed bananas. 2. Add brown sugar, and butter and whisk to form a smooth glossy paste. 3. Add 5 whole eggs, vanilla extract and whisk for ten minutes. 4. Lastly, add almond flour, all purposes flour, and baking soda and whisk until all the lumps are gone. 5. Glaze the baking tray with butter and transfer the batter into the tray. 6. Preheat the oven to 350 deg F for ten minutes and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes. VOILA!!
