Ich wohne selber seit einigen Jahren in nem Land, wo ich bei den „großen“ Wahlen nicht wählen kann, und es ist extremst frustrierend, nur hoffen zu können, dass die anderen keinen Scheiß wählen. Also wer jetzt noch keinen Plan hat, zu wählen, obwohl en es könnte: schmeißt eure Stimme nicht weg, ab zum Wahllokal, wählt demokratisch, wählt keine fucking Nazis.

Tw non explicit reference to parental abuse and neglect, recovered memories mention, going no contact.

Do y'all know of any resources (books, youtube, tiktoks, websites, blogs, anything at all) or have any advice for going no contact with a parent? Specifically when abuse is not fully remembered so I can't really explain why I need to, I just know that having this parent in my life is immensely distressing and I have body memories and suspicions about what he did to me. I could justify my decision as being due to past emotional abuse and neglect but that's not the main reason. Sorry, I hope that makes sense. Thank you for any help I really appreciate your blog and the mods.
