Instruments: I used to play a little piano? Like a TINY bit.

Languages: English is native. Kinda-sorta French? I can read/write pretty well, and understand enough while listening to know what someone is generally saying (as evidence by my recent vacation abroad), but my sentence construction while speaking is extremely poor. It’s like I forget every word of French and bit of grammar that I know.

Favourite songs: We’ll go with my theme songs since I can’t pick favourites: “Short Skirt/Long Jacket” by Cake and “New Constellations” by Ryn Weaver

Random fact: I’ve had 4 dogs (although one was a foster we had for 6 months) and ALL of them, every single one, was black-and-white. We only chose 1 of these dogs for ourselves (the first), and all the others happened upon us through circumstance. In order: Pebbles (basset hound), Gypsy (a VERY tall/muscular Boston terrier), Oreo (a beagle mix), and Dixie (a black lab/collie mix, or so we’re told).

Aesthetic: Standing outside with the sun shining warm on your skin and the breeze gently singing to you as you take a deep breath and close your eyes; the sound of frogs and crickets on a summer’s evening; the crash of thunder and torrential rain; walking through a puddle or stream in waterproof boots; the comfort of slipping on your favourite leather jacket; the eyeshine of an unknown creature you pass in the woods; the design of various monsters & creatures in movies and TV shows and video games.

I won my first gambit match because I followed ur advice and actually banked my motes. Ended up banking like 75 by the end. The other team lost because they kept losing like 14 at once lmfao

the worst thing to be in gambit is Greedy!!! like ik bounties n stuff, yeah, but it def helps to be keeping an eye on the board. if you can block the enemy with lots of small or mediums, do that and then hurry to fill up for a big boi while an ally invades to make a mess

13. Do you have a d&d character?

I do!!! I have several! My first was a drow arachnomancer named Sol’larra! And since then I’ve created: 

a tiefling blood hunter pirate, a moon elf rogue robin hood type, wood elf hermit druid, a half elf bard with 3 identities, an orc bard who has Big Muscles to hug her dwarf bard buddy with (@mysteryprof LMAO), a windsoul air genasi monk whos really bad at being a monk and misses the circus, and now a human sorcerer who’s a widower and possibly might become a necromancer ! 

i love all of them , a lot. technically only Sol, the orc bard, and the genasi have seen any action though!

14. What inspired you to make your character?

In order: I love dark elves, I love tieflings, I drew a moon elf and got attached, I created a sculpture of an elf with a deer skull mask and made a character out of it, i made the half elf because he was GOING to be my next character for my next campaign but he didnt go anywhere, orc gal is originally an old warcraft OC who i translated to dnd for a campaign with my two friends, i LOVED the idea of genasi and knew i wanted them to be in the circus of wonders so i created him around that and hes my current dnd character!, and the last one i created out of a quick idea about a sad old man who lost his family

my latest two characters are Taliesin the windsoul genasi and Quincy McLaughlin the human sorcerer

Tal grew up with the monastery where he was left as a Tiny Bab and started training with them, but eventually left when he was disenfranchised with the whole thing and his training. he joined Corvus Nightfeather’s Circus of Wonders and only left to start adventuring when a noble started following him, going to every show to “persuade” him to join him at the noble’s estate fulltime

Quincy is a little more up in the air but i Love him

he was married to a man named Silas, and they had a farm where they raised their daughter. he stopped using any sorts of magic for this time, and only used it again when he came back to the farm house one day to find it burning and looters running amok. he killed them, and moved to town in the next coming weeks, and now works as a mercenary.

AAAA!! :D 

so there’s a few!! when i get bored, i hope on dnd beyond and make them on my laptop flkajwnde BUT here’s some that i would love to play and some of the npcs of my campaign!!

pcs: (disclaimer: backstories are iffy bc i’d wanna insert them into a campaign lmao)

creed: creed’s a rogue tiefling! she was adopted by a little merchant from her city and grew up working in the shop. she’s REALLY GOOD at tricking other people (she’s a bit of a dodgy merchant lbr) and really knows how to get at people. i’d probably make her an arcane trickster!! she has like a purply/burgandy skin with purple braided hair and golden eyes! her horns  point almost straight backwards. 

delilah: delilah is a wizard tiefling! i’d like her to be from a noble background and is a little bit sheltered but really interested in i guess fantasy psychology? anyway so she had like private lessons in magic and has a bit of an affinity for enchantment. her arcane focus is a purple gem set into her forehead. she has violet skin with short white hair and solid white eyes. her familiar is mallow the cat!! :D and her horns are pretty small and curl

zhermir: zhermir is a really interesting character (at least in my head). she’s a protector aasimar sorcerer. her wings are actually permanently out but can only fly with magic. she was kidnapped by a cult because of her very obvious celestial blood. she’s a draconic origin sorcerer and over time, her feathery wings have changed to basically bronze dragon wings. she has a tanned/bronzed skin scattered with bronze dragon scales up her neck like a high collar. she has bronze/blonde hair but where the scales are growing on her head it’s shaved. she has gold eyes and some scales on her face

nps:

chryseos: chryseos is a half elf paladin and high priestess of athena (nb: my campaign uses greek gods bc that’s a bit more accessible for new players imo). she’s quite haughty and wears a lot of blues and whites. she has dark brown skin, blue eyes, and blonde hair!

elekrtra: elektra is a firbolg ranger/cleric and high priestess of artemis! she’s pretty proud and extroverted for a firbolg. she’s more that traditional brown skinned and fur firbolg.

ikki: ikki is an aarakorca monk! she’s the champion of zeus in my game! i haven’t decided on her subclass yet BUT she has light brown feathers and brown eyes with yellow flecks!

dione: dione originated from when i did a quiz to roll my personal stats so she is THE self-insert f,jwnede ANYWAY she’s a human evocation wizard and champion of apollo! basically she looks like me with more freckles! 

nalla: nalla is a goliath blood hunter! her subclass is order of the mutant. she has paaale white skin with black and red warpaint. she has red eyes and black hair in a long braid. she’s the champion of nike in my campaign!

ella: ella is a forest gnome fighter and champion of pan! i like the idea of a little farmer girl suddenly getting a call from pan to take arms and fight! or something like that ahaha
