Therapy was difficult today,but also motivating Today I admitted to myself I should get my babies some therapy because I don't want them to become adults with fuck up views of love because mommy and daddy have issues. After it was over I went and had a burger cause right about now sister girl needs some meat in her life 😂😂😂. On a serious note mama don't be ashamed to seek help for the babies living in the same fucked up situation as you,their mental health matters too. They say today I won, today I pushed though, they say today I beat depression (termed as lazy most of my life) surviving with depression sometimes makes every day living seem impossible.
