i have just realised some parallels with idw shockwave

used to be a flier then became something else. As to why he doesn't fly, perhaps his wings got damaged in a lab accident and he's missing feathers and can't fly well (also adds to Aesthetic)

Also making himself an alicorn mirrors how he just went back in time and assigned himself Onyx Prime that 1 time

I'm just sittin— owo. Oh now that's an idea. Griffin!Bumblebee who was raised by ponies (look FiM already did the dragon thing, and I think Bumblebee would look amazing as a griffin. I am biased, as I love the FiM griffin designs.)
