Heartshaker AU! The Agrestes are wealthy witches living in the human world set to maintain peace but Adrien just wants to be a librarian lol Marinette is a fashion design student who happens to be a witch through her familiar Tikki ! She was entrusted this power to protect the hearts of the humans of Paris.

The AU happens after Harkmoths defeat and Ladybug is celebrated as the witch who saved Paris. His identity is never revealed, except to Chat Noir...who goes missing. Thankfully, Marinette's friends are there for her to help her deal with her best friend gone. She's especially thankful for Adrien who's gone above and beyond.

More details!! Hearts can go dark (Noir) when they're filled with negative emotions and White (Blanc) once our beloved witch Ladybug saves the day. She purifies the negative hearts controlled by Hawkmoth, a rogue witch set to steal Ladybug's earrings that lend her Tikki's powers. Together with Chat Noir, another witch by his familiar Plagg, they remain unstoppable and dethrone Hawkmoth. This is mainly based on the Hearts in Sugar Sugar Rune.

Since Hawkmoth is gone, Adrien has to deal with the damage his father has done, all while finding a way to return to Marinette's life not only as Adrien Agreste but as Chat Noir, her partner and best friend.

More on the hearts: If a witch's heart gets stolen, their emotions are numbed and they lose all their memories. In some cases, their life. Whatever they do, they cannot have a red heart for another witch...at the risk of everything.

Also, Plagg is a chubby housecat familiar. This is the form he chose.
