Pet, Ranjou Miyake è al lavoro sul sequel del manga
La nuova serie a fumetti sarà lanciata ufficialmente il prossimo inverno.
L’account Twitter ufficiale dell’adattamento anime basato sulla Remaster Edition del manga “Pet” di Ranjou Miyake, ha annunciato che l’autore sta lavorando ad un sequel intolato “Fish”.
Il nuovo manga sarà incentrato sulle vite future di personaggi come Hiroki, Tsukasa e Satoru. La serie a fumetti debutterà il prossimo inverno sulla rivista Monthly Comic Beam di Kadokawa.
Twin Engine ha finanziato la serie animata di “Pet” appena andata in onda, che trovate in streaming su Prime Video.
Alcune persone hanno il potere di infiltrarsi nelle menti umani e manipolarne i ricordi. Sono temute, odiate e chiamate “pet”. Hiroki e Tsukasa possiedono questo potere che, senza il legame speciale che li unisce, avrebbe consumato i loro fragili cuori. Tale legame viene sfruttato senza pietà dall'organizzazione criminale “la Compagnia”. Quali conseguenze avrà l'alterazione della loro amicizia?
L’anime è stato diretto da Takahiro Omori (Durarara!!, Baccano!) e sceneggiato da Sadayuki Murai (Boogiepop Phantom. Knights of Sidonia) presso Geno Studio (Golden Kamuy, Kokkoku). Il character design di Junichi Hayama è stato adattato per le animazioni da Masashi Kudou (Bleach, Chain Chronicle: The Light of Haecceitas).

I quite like how fish has now smoothly stepped back into not really explaining anything, pet’s nightmare logic & deteriorating pseudo-family relationships.
Shachou tells Jin it's about time to "accept" Tsukasa (Longlong) like Long and not waste her mom's genes
Jin attempts to rape him

Tsukasa asks Meiling for help
Meiling responds by sending Jin to her valley with Tsukasa along
probably the first time he has been to anyone's memory since the mindwipe
he now knows what a memory is and can make them
Other points: Jin and Long were second cousins and only called cousins by Long’s adoption (explaining their engagement).
