When you’re not happy with something, put it away for a while, and look at it with fresh eyes later. That’s what a new Instagram friend (@pamelajbates ) told me a while back and it’s such great advice. 🎨 I posted the original ink blotch (see next slide) as an example of a piece gone wrong, but what I’ve realized is that it just went in a direction that was different that what I initially envisioned. I ended up turning it upside down and really liking in.
