Combining retro and cutting edge with Miu Miu's typical playfulness, this jacket is a subtle ode to the label's sport-couture aesthetic. Its design can be traced back to mid-century biker blousons, with a waist-length silhouette and sharp point collar. That said, the classic shape might be this garment's only traditional aspect, as its other features have been thoroughly reworked. 🤓 . The piece is crafted from an unconventional compact knit crafted from 60% nylon and 40% acrylic, with a vibrant colour and fleecy texture similar to wool. The front closes with a heavy zipper and military-style slotted buttons attached with a strip of nylon grosgrain tape. The collar has a refined Western shape, while the cuffs are finished with zippers. . The interior is beautifully constructed with a fully padded coated polyester lining and two pockets. The lining is semi-floating and feels very substantial.
