They’re Here: Discussing The Wyatt Sick6 And How Taylor Rotunda Is Keeping His Brother’s Memory Alive
Hello Everyone! I wanted to write a special article and review the end of last night’s episode of Monday Night RAW. Think of this as a tribute to Bray Wyatt ( I’ll have an article about him on here in August.) In this article , I’ll be giving my thoughts on the Wyatt Sick6 and how Taylor Rotunda is carrying on his brother’s name.
The story of Uncle Howdy started when Howdy’s brother , the late Bray Wyatt, made his way back to WWE in 2022. However , Uncle Howdy kept haunting Bray when he returned to WWE at the Extreme Rules PLE in October 2022. Bo Dallas’ first appearance as Howdy would be alongside his brother when he was feuding with LA Knight. He was taken off WWE TV when Wyatt became ill. Nevertheless, Wyatt passed away unexpectedly in August 2023. Therefore, leaving Dallas with an unknown direction in WWE. WWE’s COO , Paul ‘ Triple H ’ Levesque , wanted to keep Wyatt’s legacy alive with a new documentary, Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal and bringing Uncle Howdy back to WWE with a new faction.
After Wrestlemania XL, QR codes appeared at live shows for Monday Night RAW and Friday Night Smackdown as well as appearing on TV for WWE fans at home. This was teasing the return of Uncle Howdy as it did the same for Bray Wyatt’s return to WWE in 2022. This would go on for months until June 17, 2024.
At the end of Monday Night RAW , we saw Jey Uso celebrating his big win to qualify for the Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match at the PLE of the same name after defeating WWE Hall of Famer, Rey Mysterio, The Judgement Day’s , Finn Balor , in a Triple Threat MITB Qualifying match. We see the lights go out and announcers, Michael Cole and Pat McAfee, become silent. The WWE Universe soon bring out the Fireflies as the lights went out. We see the door that Bray came through at Extreme Rules and the lantern. We also hear ‘ Shatter ’ , which was Bray’s music. Out came Nikki Cross who crawled through the door and soon stood up. She pointed to the Gorilla position and showed the camera man where to go. In the backstage area going to the Gorilla position , we find Erick Rowan , holding a hammer and beaten crew members and wrestlers. In the Gorilla position , we find Dexter Lumis sitting on top of what looks like a desk with beaten down crew members and what appears to be referees and other talent. Backstage , we find Joe Gacy ,who came from NXT, beaten down wrestlers with Chad Gable sitting up and beaten with blood on the side of his head. Soon, we find Uncle Howdy in the same area standing with his arms spread wide and walking towards the camera . He sees an injured Gable and then looks at Gacy, who follows him out to get Lumis and Rowan. They soon make their way to the entrance ramp to Cross. Howdy picks up the lantern in front of Cross and holds it up to the sound of fans cheering and Fireflies surrounding them. The camera man zooms in on the group. After this, the camera zooms out. Uncle Howdy screams out his Bray’s catchphrase, “ We’re here! ” and blows the lantern out. The segment ends with a small vignette of Nikki.
The Wyatt Sick6
Bo Dallas - Uncle Howdy
Nikki Cross- Sister Abigail ( Abby The Witch)
Erick Rowan - Ramblin’ Rabbit
Joe Gacy- Huskus The Pig
Dexter Lumis- Mercy The Buzzard
Taylor Rotunda stated in Bray’s documentary that his brother deserved to be honored with something big. He was going to carry on his brother’s legacy and wanted him to be remembered forever. To me , he just did that. I think that he is going to do Windham justice. I also think that all of them are going to.
My Final Review:
I thought the end of RAW last night was excellent. The way the Wyatt Sick6 was revealed is what I love to see in wrestling. This was phenomenal storytelling at its finest. Watching it, I felt like I was watching a horror movie and being brought into the movie thanks to that segment. They all looked like actual horror movie characters. What I’m saying is that they all looked well done! I also loved the little tribute to Luke Harper that Rowan had with the Bludgeon Brothers hammer and the extra mask. I also loved Howdy’s glove with Bray’s name on it and the hat with the circle on it. All I have to say is that wrestling scaring fans and giving shock value is back! I was very pleased with the reveal of the Wyatt6 and I felt so much emotion. I had chills in my spine and tears in my eyes. Bray was on my mind the entire time. Bray would have loved what his brother is doing . Taylor is keeping his promise. Bray, I know that you were smiling down on Taylor and I know that you would be proud of him. I know that you would be proud of Nikki , Dexter, Joe, and Erick as well. You will always be with us ! We love and miss you! I am so proud of Taylor and all of them.
Who do you think is the 6th member ? Do you think it’s Bray’s spirit or someone else like Alexa Bliss or Braun Strowman?
Follow The Buzzards,
-Kay

Sooo R*ddle said Brock forced his way in the Royal Rumble 2022 that he was suppose to win and he was suppose to win the MITB that Theory won but Vince said no
Imagine if Brock didn't force his way we would've had Roman vs Riddle at Mania 38

To fill your inbox! Who are your fave wrestlers and what's the first match that comes to mind when you think of them?
I have way too many so to do a very, very culled list:
Shelton Benjamin: Any MITB ladder match he's been in and I was so sad that he didn't get to be in one during his second run in WWE. (And also the match vs Tommy Knight at OPW Australian Stampede that I saw in person at my first/second live event. :D)
Wardlow: Double or Nothing 2022, when everything seemed so promising and it just boggles my mind how things have ended up.
Victoria/Tara/Lisa Marie Varon: While more for the aftermath, Wrestlemania 20 comes to mind off the top of my head. She's had a lot of amazing moments so it was hard to pick just one, so I went with that.
Trinity/Naomi: Again, she's had a lot of cool moments and everything but at the moment I'll go her Royal Rumble redeubt if I had to pick one.
As I said, this is super culled down, I have heaps so throw me a name and I'll see what I can come up with.

Love the LB wrestling thoughts. But I'm a bit confused? Do you still LB for AEW? Because I haven't seen you post much about it.
I appreciate that people enjoy my nonsense liveblogging. Thanks anon ❤️
Okay, so 😮‍💨... let me preface by saying I still enjoy AEW, but maybe not as much as I did when I first started watching professional wrestling 2 years ago. When I discovered AEW, it was the dynamite before the first forbidden door, and then FB, followed by blood and guts. The matches were unlike anything I had watched in a very long time. But now, I don't have that same enthusiasm for AEW. I mostly watch Dynamite, but have preferred to watch it on my own and not participate so much with live blogging or interacting with other people on this site.
There are a few reasons.
There is this big AEW blog who spread lies and rumors about me and made people shun me from the community. They were really friendly and very helpful in the beginning, but once my posts started to pick up steam, I guess they were jealous and felt I would eclipse them. They didn't outright say anything publicly, but to the people that knew me on this site from the beginning, they started to give them false statements about me.
Can I just say, I don't care about how many notes a post gets, or of being the "top blog", I just wanted to engage with a community.
That said, because some of the "more influential blogs" have shunned me, the engagements on my AEW posts are low, meaning the community doesn't engage with me as much, nor do they want to (perhaps out of fear of this bully, or their brainwashed..).
Another reason I'm not as active with this community, is that it feels like the community is focused on numbers and who's better, even when they say they don't. Now, of course I have seen on other social media apps how other non AEW fans will put down the product. But it just seems very hypocritical of the people to say things like let's all just enjoy wrestling, only for them to turn around and bring down other promotions.
In a similar topic, I hate when the wrestlers take jabs at the other company. It just comes off childish and stupid. I much prefer subtlety and creatively making jabs. I hate the "rah rah" speeches.
I also lost a lot of interest because of all the news that comes from backstage. All the fights, bickering and rumours, it takes me out of enjoying the product. I'm not talking about things that come out about shitty people, but rather the petty squabbles that happen, that someone needs to go to the dirt sheets to report. I hate it.
I also have not enjoyed the negativity I have received in my inbox and in the comments, when I said something negative or something the fans didn't like. I'm not out here being mean (only with like 3 weestlers who are POSs who deserve it), rather giving a criticism, but the fans take it personally. I have thick skin, but when people start saying that they are going to kill me and or my family, and sent multiple graphic hate filled messages...that's where I draw the line. I've had things said from the sammy guevara stans, the Britt baker fans, the MJF apologists have to be the worst. Yeah. This has taken a lot of the enjoyment.
Another thing is that the only show I can watch live with y'all is dynamite. For personal reasons, I can't watch rampage live, and when it is live in my timezone, it comes on at midnight, and I go to sleep before that. Also, rampage to me is redundant, so I have stopped watching. Collision I enjoyed when it was a seprate show to dynamite and essentially had its own roster. now it feels like an extension to dynamite (the spillover, if you will) and again...it comes on soo late in my timezone.
Finally, I have been to many AEW shows live. Each time I have had rude and nasty and uncomfortable encounters with people at these shows. Not to compare, but the TNA shows, I had a fucking blast, the small indy shows, I always enjoy, WWE... I always end up vibing with people. My first E show, MITB 2022, I was nervous and sat next to a lovely black woman and her kids, next thing you know her and her kids were helping me identify all the wrestlers and telling me who was face and heel and who had rivalry with who. I don't go to AEW shows with a negative mentality, I go expecting to have a good time, but the people that come out to watch the show are rude.
I choose to step away because my mental health and sanity comes before anything. Hope you understand anon ❤️

I enjoy writing 2022 Bayley because it’s fun to balance her insane heel behavior + her irl neverending support of Mercedes. Gotta love when wrestling soulmates are an exception to the rule. Also love her mostly genuine support of damage ctrl (mitb 2023 notwithstanding). She can’t stop needing people and loving people!!!

Now, see, the idea of Sami losing at Clash hurts and conflicts me because I don't want Sami to lose so soon and don't want Chad to win that's a sucky ending to their feud (unless Otis has his "Sami at the 2022 Rumble" moment)...
...But I want him to win MITB and get a world title shot he's overdue and if he could win the briefcase in CANADA!? 🥹...
...But I also want JEY to win and have HIS moment and title shot he deserves...
Trips you're tearing me apart...

12/2/23 Fact or Fiction
Statement #1: The audience will turn on Cody Rhodes before Wrestlemania. FICTION - I certainly don't see the WWE fans turning on Cody before WrestleMania, as realistically the only way he'd get people turning on him en masse between now and WM is if he acted particularly obnoxiously in the real world in much the same way Seth Rollins torpedoed his babyface run - however, it would not surprise me if murmurings of discontent did start to become noticeable sometime between SummerSlam and Survivor Series assuming he was still champion at that point, but they'd be guaranteed if he dropped the belt back to Reigns by MITB
Statement #2: Sami Zayn did the right thing by hitting Roman Reigns with that chair at Royal Rumble. FACT - If he didn't that seemingly endless beatdown of Kevin Owens might still be going on
Statement #3: You would love to see another Mountain Dew Pitch Black Match. FICTION - First of all, I genuinely hate it when the name of a match stipulation has a sponsor's name plastered all over it (with the possible exception of the Dominos Presents Nick Gage Carving Chris Jericho's Head Open With A Pizza Cutter Deathmatch), but in terms of the You're Off The Artistic Rollcall Pitch Black match the stip was borderline LOLTNA and I'm not sure there's too many people who could save it
Statement #4: Royal Rumble wins for wrestlers like Rhea Ripley and Cody Rhodes are wasted because they are obvious title contenders who could easily get a championship match at any time. FICTION - While there certainly have been wasted Rumble wins in the past given the winners would get title shots whenever they were available, most obviously Charlotte winning it in 2020 and Lesnar in 2022, this year's winners weren't a waste in particular Rhea's considering she's challenging for the SD Women's title which she wouldn't be awarded at any time given she's on the Raw roster, while Cody's works given he was coming back from injury so he gets a momentum boost off the back of it
Statement #5: You agree with Taz about the use of the term “banger” to describe wrestling matches. FICTION - While the word is certainly overused to the point that it starts to lose its meaning when you sometimes see it used two or three times per episode of Raw, Dynamite or SmackDown (okay, maybe not SmackDown...) it's hardly the most obnoxious term used by wrestling site. A better contender for that title would be "Column by Justin Watry"
Statement #6: Every Royal Rumble match needs someone who starts at the beginning to still be there in the end. FICTION - The fact that both of the 2023 Rumbles made the first entrant in the final two underlines the issue with having somebody going the distance every year: if you have somebody going the distance every year it stops being an impressive feat and becomes a trope, and the fact that we've had three entrants do this in the last three shows (Ripley and Gunther in 2023, Edge in 2021) in particular undermines the whole idea if it happens so often in a short space of time, especially when both the 2021 and 2023 shows used a lot of the same booking tropes in both Rumbles which basically meant you only needed to watch the one

that’s what i’ve been saying! we’ve been getting some of the best damn matches ever these last few years and last night proved that.  well yeah 2022 was a little crazy but i think 2023 has been overall really solid so far for the most part. i feel like we got that upward trajectory from here. at least for a while, right?  -eh, it is what it is i guess. none of us are thrilled he’s back. No problem! you can see that you’re having fun again and that’s why we do this right? we love this shit. man i sure hope so, having to forfeit those titles hurt. really thought i was out til, like, august honestly but here i am! i know they love ronda so bad though so i don’t know if we’re winning at MITB
The love from the crowd will never fail to make me emotional.
