Ahh December, a powerful month, a joyous month even (depending on your state of mind) though the days are shorter the hopes are higher for a better NEW year ahead. What ever your year was like, good or bad, it is a time to tie up loose ends and burn the bad and plant seeds for the good things to come. Now I can ONLY tell you from experience, if you Don’t plant any seeds at all, don’t expect anything to grow. 😉 Fun fact: December was originally the tenth month of the year in the Roman calendar. It gets its name from the Latin word "decem" which means tenth. However, when the Romans added January and February to the calendar, it became the twelfth month. They still kept the name, though. To my friends of the tribe, a fulfilling Happy Hanukkah to you and for those observing Christmas let the Spirit of giving be strong in your heart. Remember it is in our deeds that ultimately we are remembered. My prayers go out to all those who have lost a loved one this year. Please do carry yourself with the dignity we were born to fulfill, inspire the less fortunate and remember to smile and hug more. We all could use one.
