What would Shinko think of Keito?

It depends. Shinko loves to help people, but she can be kinda close and cold sometimes, mostly because she needs to be careful as a vigilante and because she's always very very tired.

Her quirk demands her to take pills to control her sleep, because if she believes too much that some nightmare is real, her quirk can activate and turn the monster into reality.

Shinko would try and protect the people around her by keeping herself distant, so she is aways careful to never get to close with those who can't respect her needs.

And because doubting can get her killed, first impressions are really important. She can warm to people over time, if they found each other around the city multiple times tho.

Honestly I admire Arkana because she needs to work with both headphones and special glasses to ignore the most the real world and concentrate in her quirk.

How does the headphones and the glasses work? Well, they are totally normal. What makes them able to block any noise or view that Arkana doesn't want to perceive is her own quirk.

There's a reason why she's a vigilante and it's because she doesn't have the energy to constantly use her quirk. That crap is exhausting.
