Just watched Dune Part 2 and I've got a LOT to say (SPOILERS AHEAD)

-I didn't expect Timothee Chalamet to be able to be so aggressive (I mean, this is the guy who played young Willy Wonka!)

-The LORE of this universe is so deep, that I HAVE to read the books. Thankfully my dad's gonna order them for me.

-Lady Jessica and baby Alia need to stop plotting and think about Paul's happiness as part of, if not more important than the plan.

-Seriously, Alia isn't even born yet and she's plotting.

-The Harkonnens are MESSED UP.

-Paul is now leaning full into the messiah thing.

-The ✨️DRAMA✨️ Is strong with this one.

-Zendaya!

-I 100% forgot what happened to potato man, aka Duncan Idaho (get it?! Because Idaho? Potatoes? Lol, I'm not funny, I know but THEY CANT CALL SOMEONE IDAHO AND NOT EXPECT POTATO JOKES). But he's probably dead, I think, Idk.

-I ship Paul x Chani as much as everyone else but PAUL NEEDS TO TAKE A CHILL PILL. The two of them need to sit down and talk things through. COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION.

-Okay, but imagine if this universe collided with Star Wars.

-And throw in Rebel Moon because why not?

-Ya know what, just add it to the pile of fandoms to add into the Miscellaneous Fanfiction Multiverse (TM).

I am stealing this for my Star Wars Fanfic Universe (I know this isnt how it's supposed to work, but I dont care :)

Which one actually did the summer reading assignment: Hux

Which one buys new school supplies every year: Hm...probably Finn. Idk why.

Which one lays out their clothes the night before: Everyone except Poe.

Which one is early and which one walks in right as the bell rings: Hux is early, Finn and Poe walk in right as the bell rings.

Which one doesn't even know where their class schedule is: Again, probably Poe. Finn might also have trouble.

Which one asks the teacher if there's homework on the first day: Hux, because he wants to be prepared.

Which one color-coordinates notebooks: Hux and Phasma (also Phasma's notebooks are all either metallic and/or sparkly, beachy themed (because she's secretly a beach girly) or cat themed).

Which one tries to make new friends on the first day: Rey, Finn, and Rose.

Which one volunteers to be class president: Hux again. He seems like the type.

Which one sets up study groups on the first week: Rey sets one up for the gang, and she makes tea and snacks for everyone.

Which shoves their syllabus in their backpack and forgets about it: Finn and Poe.

1: Bare Basics

the tagline. the who when what where why. why are u writing this fanfic. for me its the Talking: i want my angel and demon to talk about Feelings, so im gonna make them talk about FEELINGS. this is personal fulfillment. it might take a while to get there, but i want them to TALK. for you, i suppose would be for ford and michael to meet and go on whimscal adventures. basics!

2: How To Get There

so how are we making aziraphale and crowley talk. how are we getting ford and michael afton smushed together in the multiverse. you, of course, have told me how that works. now is it important enought to flesh that out before the rest or just needs to be explained in a quick flashback? your pick, but since my topic is so vague, i definitely need context before it. that, my friend, is up to you. nothing much more to it. if u dont know how to start a fic, just explain how we got to what's intriguing about it (the crossover :))

3: Notes.

now is where the process BEGINS. what happens in the story. i usually start with miscellanous bullet points--everything i want to happen, no matter the order it'll happen, in a little page. here's a picture of one of my pages ib my notebook, with things i want to happen in my titanic fic (handwriting reveal?!??!) (TEA, IF UR READING THIS SOMEHOW, DONT LOOK AT THE IMAGES🫵🫵🫵) (SORY FOR HURRIED SCRIBLES, I WAS TRYNA REMEMBER IT ALL)

there's literally no order. just stuff that need to be there, there. even if its as simple as the au coming to fruition, or even just one conversation, PUT IT THERE. its all the appeal. what you're doing this for. dontforget....

4: Outlines

now, before i tell you how to do this, there really isn't a way. here's a picture of my timeline for the fic mentioned earlier (not the titanic fic) (TEA AND OTHER READERS OF THE SERIES, ALSO DO NOT LOOK TYYYY ❤️❤️)

see? complicated as fuck. it doesnt have to be that way tho, obviously: each chapter or one shot could be as simple as "michael is fucking ZAPPED, and meets ford" it just has to be something to work with. (i, on the other hand, need extensive help. so. there's the thing above. theres eve more its just online)

there really isn't too much other than that in the planning department. understand why you're doing it, know how to get there, and PLAN. detail it out. idk if this is an adequet explanation actually. if u need more specifics i can try again, but is what i got. do what works for you, work at ur pace, and such like. it doesnt have to be at this level, or even close. have fucking fun, dude. if u need morehelp, pls ask, or even consult blogs that help out specifcally for that stuff. Might as well start posting my fanfiction here, too. This was originally intended just for @a-not-so-sure-artist, but I liked it too much not to share with more folks.

Some context! It's based on Sock.clip's Miscellaneous Multiverse Murder Mystery "AU" with twelve characters pulled from her various stories (full lineup on her Instagram here) getting tangled up in a murder mystery, while on a train. She apparently envisioned it as a game, where one of the characters got randomised as a killer, with the hypothetical player, the thirteenth person, having to figure out who it is, as every hour one other passenger was murdered.

She even made a full-blown animation (YouTube link, Newgrounds link), showing how a scene from this game would have probably played out. The ending made me really sad. A contribution from the aforementioned friend of mine made me even sadder! So I decided to write out a better turn of events for our boy Julian. He deserves the world. And, perhaps, a friend or two. :-)

Second Chance

This is my very short story that reverses what happens in Nightwing Injustice Gods Among Us #16. I don’t know if I’m going to continue this, but if anyone would like to do so, I’m fine with that.

I freely admit that I haven’t read comics for a while. But I do read a little bit about what’s happening in the comic world and I’ve read a few stories outside various comics. One of the ones that truly incensed me more than any other was the death of Nightwing. So, because I’m like that, and because my choice is to butcher canon – well I’m convinced that Frank Miller did it and this is Fanfiction so it’s hardly going to make much of a dent in DC’s Comic history. As I said there are very few things that make me angry, and it’s almost as if certain writers want to take beloved heroes, break them apart, give them a quick twist to see what (if anything) breaks and then utterly, utterly destroy them. It’s probably me, but I generally feel that while you can take your heroes to the brink of the abyss, or even kill off miscellaneous characters who were semi-sidekicks anyway, to mess with main characters seems to show a bit of shortsightedness. But this is only my opinion, and doesn’t count for anything anyway.

Just finally finished all Fast and Furious Movies, and IM SO FRUSTRATED AT THE END OF FAST X (SPOILEDS AHEAD)

-WHY THE CLIFFHANGER?! I need to know how Dom and Little Brian are gonna get out of this! How are they gonna escape the dam exploding?!

-GAL GADOT IS BACK, BIYATCHES. If Han can come back from the dead, so can Gisele!

-Mr. Nobody's daughter Tess is awesome. She literally said F*ck the Agency.

-Also if Mr. Nobody is alive, I'm gonna scream in excitement.

-Letty beating up Cipher in a "This is for all that sh*t you pulled in the last two movies" move. But then they work together reluctantly.

-Ooooo boy Dante is in for a good whooping. Everything he's done to Dom's family AND targeting Queenie, he's gonna have the whole Toretto gang AND the Shaw gang after him.

-Also why does Jason Momoa play such a good villain? Like, omg this dude, so eccentric.

-The internet says Dante isn't explicitly queer but come on. The way the dude acts definitely points to him being gay. A psychopathic gay, but gay nonetheless.

-(Obviously no hate, I think the queer representation is awesome).

-I know the Torettos are very Christian but I refuse to believe they would be homophobic or transphobic or anything like that, especially if anyone in the family comes out, because family is more important.

-Also JAKOB NOOOOOOOOOOOO.

-Speaking of Jakob, why was he just a floating shirt with a gun? (If you don't get the joke, there's a whole thing about John Cena being invisible).

-Little Brian is officially the most badass kid in the universe. Protect the child.

-Also now I want to add Fast and Furious to the ever growing pile of fandoms in my Miscellaneous Fanfiction Multiverse.

-Anyway, now to wait until Fast and Furious 11 to see how this all plays out.

-They're saying Fast 11 is gonna be the last movie, but unless you count Tokyo Drift, that means we've only got 11 movies, and that's not an even number.

-Then again, if we also count Hobbs And Shaw, it would be 13.
