Other than that, she owns a silk manufacturing business, along with her husband.

Her husband still sells watermelon and other fruits on the side.

One of the sapphire fell off and I got some jewelers to fix it while I was there.

My best friend Sizhui will be my concubine but it doesn't mean that I'm being unfaithful or like my granddad. But it's just Huangdi culture. As well as I sort of fancy him. Don't ask. I promise he won't replace you. But how would he? You're going to be the future empress, and Sizhui is a guy, he can't have children.

Luo Yuan: Dianxia, Dianxia. Relax. *laughing* I completely understand. That's the Huangdi's culture, to preserve relations.

And I know you're good friends with Wen Zongzhu.

A-qing: *walks over* Ling gege. Once Rusong, his harem member and I had a date. Why don't you guys do the same.

Luo Yuan: good idea. I haven't really met Wen Zongzhu in person. I just heard that they're friends.

Jinling: yea that's a good idea! Maybe after we get to know each other.

i just finished playing Sword and Fairy 7!!! i have things to say and they’re spoilers so i’m gonna put them under a cut

i can’t believe they really turned my boyfriend Xiu Wu back into fruit and then refused to resurrect him because he fell in love with my girlfriend Yue Qingshu 🙄 like i KNOW it’s against the laws of heaven and technically very valid but i feel like they could’ve cut me a break since heaven is so disorganized that they let Aoxu go so far without anyone realizing. also also i get that he sacrificed his life for hers but did that have to mean going back in the tree?

Jiutian Xuannu could have removed his divinity and made him “suffer” to live as a human, or forced him to degenerate into a Heaven Demon (white hair Xiu Wu in all black 😳). now my girl is walking around with a box of fruit she’s in love with lol he better cultivate a new body damn it.

and more than that. do i like. have to restart from the middle of the story in order to complete side quests and stuff? idk why i thought after the story ended it would be open world and i could just run around again but i really really did think that. i wanted to see Bai Moqing and Sang Yo’s wedding! i wanted to hang out in their house and bother Sang Mei! i wanted to collect herbs and make new poisons and go reconcile with er ge and then visit the Mingshu sect and go on adventures.

all these gripes are because the game is so fun, btw. i enjoyed it!! i really liked the story (i’ve seen people say it’s typical xianxia but i’m not super familiar with the genre so it’s new to me!!!!) and the setting and landscapes are beautiful. everything is so pretty and all the npcs are delightful. excellent world building, great weapons, cool outfits, the spell marks looked great. the bosses are a little tanky, but that’s what easy mode is for lmao.

Streaming Sword and Fairy 7 - Dreamlike World at 8pm EST!

We've stopped Aoxu being a cop, which means that now Ziqiu gets to hang out with Yue Qingshu in the Mingshu sect and have his own adventures!

Xiu Wu will presumably not be in attendance, on account of being a fruit. I assume Moqing and Sang Yo also won't be there. This is the Qingshu and Ziqiu Hour now.

My recent reads ( to those who are looking for something to pick up ) ; I’ve been in a slump for a while and could only finish fanfics so i’m pretty happy that i’m finding stuff that grab my attention.I added links to the Manhua too cause that’s how it usually starts for me. I like a Manhua, it’s not complete— so I look for the source Material.

• Golden Stage : Novel

The usual court politics and it’s actually softer than what the plot makes it out to be. 🤍 This is also considered short, with 77 chapters. ( + 2 for epilogue). enemies to lovers.

The notorious imperial court lackey and the meritorious military general were well-known for their mutual dislike, a pair of arch-enemies set in stone. Who could have foreseen the unexpected change in the winds of heaven: the general injured on the battlefield, both legs disabled, and even forced by the emperor to marry his nemesis. With one marriage edict, two people with mutual hostility are forced to marry and live under the same roof. Yet after these long days together, they come to the realization that this fellow is not truly devoid of any saving grace/unattainable and high out of reach.

• Madness of the Heart : Manhua | Novel - upto chap 120 the rest are here (chap 186) but it’s MTL so i’ll just wait for the first link which has better translation.

If you liked Body Electric or Swallowing the Seas then you’d enjoy this. Modern setting & solving cases. The photo I used looks sweet— but this story covers some pretty serious issues. 120 chapters done and i’m waiting for the rest. Manhua and Novel sequence of events don’t match. The Manhua adds scenes from when they were kids which is in a separate prequel novel all on it’s own. so keep that in mind.

• Dinghai Fusheng Records: Manhua | Novel

I suggest going for the Manhua first if you’re like me who finds it hard to get into Novels that have lots of characters and unfamiliar settings in general. Anyway. I really like the premise of this story! and the pairing is a SLOW BURN. I love me some slow burn! 🔥 This is the only one I haven’t finished yet, currently on Chapter out 40 but I’m loving it so i’m adding it on this list.

TATTOO - I wish someone will make an AU of my OTPs following this story. Yes. The MC falls in love with a ~Mysterious~ tattoo Artist. That’s it. I love this trope so I got hooked.

Anyways demons are invading the mortal world and that's bad, but the Big Sect What's In Charge gave us a scroll with the location of a legendary Pokemon powerful spirit so we're gonna go wrassle it. We also have a third party member but she wasn't there for long before last stream ended so I can't remember her name. Oops.
