if i try to go off the rails and start tying the homeric hymn to demeter into minerva and avery's character arcs for the sake of a uni assignment do you promise to stop me. do you promise.

#auri rambles #not sure if i'll be able to do it but i think they could get something out of it.#minerva dealing with avery growing more distant and eventually leaving for brightfield at the end of the story.#vs demeter struggling with the loss of persephone. both persephone and avery as young people (gods?) swallowed up by fate #meanwhile the father figures who have authority in the situation (zeus / luna) have to enact fate rather than fight it or stop it #avery doesn't die and become ruler of the underworld or even get married but he LEAVES perpetua behind and thats what matters.
