Oh, hello! We were happy to be the first shop in Pennsylvania to see the 2019 Cannondale-Si Hi-Mod Limited Edition  featuring the brand new 12 speed Shimano XTR group, the much-anticipated Lefty Ocho carbon fork, and the BallisTec Hi-Mod carbon frame. This bike is an XXC, race-ready, straight-up baller and we couldn’t be more excited to have put two of them out into the wild already this Spring. Here’s a review from Bike Rumor that anticipate the new XTR group and Ocho fork but could have said some more about just how light and stiff this new hi-mod frame is. Photos: MindYourDesign

One of the four known existing “Lenape” bicycles manufactured by the “Lenape Cycle Works” (originally the Pollock & Ruos Cycle Works) of Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Part 3 of 2019 Rad Bikes: Giant Trance 29 2 Trail Mountain Bike. The Trance is the Giant MTB platform that we’ve gotten the most questions/interest around so far this year. In 2019 it appears in 9 different builds including both composite and aluxx, 27.5 and 29 inch wheel diameter offerings. This model of the bike features Giant’s own lightweight and durable Aluxx-SL frameset (6011 alloy) and Maestro rear suspension that has an advanced forged composite upper rocker arm that contributes to the lightness of the frame, and the stiffness and strength of the suspension. This bike is outfitted with a SRAM NX Eagle (1x12) drivetrain, Fox 34 Float Rhythm shocks (130/115 travel), and a Giant Contact Switch dropper post. Giant is back in the 29 inch diameter wheel game, and this bike is tubeless ready. The bike comes in black also, but we think it shines in metallic blue.

1941 Steelcraft/Murray Navy Pedal Pursuit Plane restored by Doylestown Bike Works and our friends at Bonehead Performance in Warminster, PA. This juvenile toy was manufactured by the Murray Ohio Manufacturing Co. (Cleveland, Ohio) under the Steelcraft Wheel Goods brand. Founded in 1919 to manufacture automotive parts, the company diversified into juvenile toys by 1923 including pedal cars, airplanes, coaster wagons, bicycles and other smaller wheeled toys. Just dropped history on you. The only two existing Lenape Bikes from the Pollock & Ruos Bicycle Factory (1896-1900), Donaldson Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
