I wanna get good at modding so that I can create a dishonored fangame where you play as Mindy Blanchard

She’s canonically transgender, polyamorous, and possibly bisexual, which is based as hell, but that’s not directly relevant. The main thing is that she’s obsessed with tattoos and the occult. There’s a really neat potential game mechanic where you tattoo yourself to get new powers. Dishonored 2 makes it clear that she’s tried and failed before, but especially in light of the events of Death of the Outsider, how the void works is very much in flux and it seems like an ideal time for her experiments to bear fruit. It just seems like a perfect concept for a video game protagonist to me

If she is in Dunwall—with everyone's eyes on her at all times—then who is the person murdering civilians in Karnaca, and why do people believe it could be her?

When the Empress' face is stolen, she embarks on a journey back to her father's homeland to clean her name and take back what's hers.

i'm so silly because i don't know how i overlooked such a good trans comparison with the quote about mindy [ that a friend or someone wrote, i forget who ] 'early on she felt she was born into the wrong life, so she set about making it right.' like hello??? dishonored, you just really killed it with your world. i was just too focused on the fact she hated doing the same job for the same old boring rich people and wanted more excitement, but it also means so much more.
