I’ve got a few that I love in general, and then specific ones for DC

For DC, I think The Reach in general are such a mindtwist, and while I hate them with a vengeance, I think they’re phenomenal villains for Blue. Also super fond of HarlIvy, mostly bc they’re dope asf

In other media, I absolutely ADORE Macaque from LMK, Knock Out from Transformers (any iteration of him), and Jasper from SU, along with so many others

Basically if they’re little shits or self-confident powerhouses, I will love them forever, and if they’re excellent in the hell they sow, they have my respect, lol😅

For Backstory, I'll have to go with an instrumental version of What Else Can I Do.

A lot of her life was spent learning what she could do. Olmakhan don't always have mesmers. Mindtwisters are pretty uncommon. There's only a few in the tribe. So what could she do? She was always learning. Always exploring. Pushing the boundaries of her magic. It was fun!

For her personality, it'll have to be Love For The Living.

She loves the living. She cares about life. Not about kingdoms or factions or legions. The living. Sure, it gets challenged sometimes. Sometimes she does have to fight and hurt people. Maybe even kill people. But she still cares for the living. No gods, no masters. Just love for the living.
