Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness or focusing their mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm, and stable state.  🧘🏻‍♀️🌻
Some of the potential benefits of meditation, including:

 🧘🏻‍♀️Increasing mindfulness and self-awareness

There is also some evidence to suggest that meditation may have positive effects on overall physical health, including a reduced risk of heart disease and improved immune function.
However, it's important to keep in mind that the specific effects of meditation will vary from person to person and that meditation should not be considered a replacement for traditional medical treatment.
