#ive never played the og game and im not planning to play the sequel i just thought youd all like to know#milon in ancient greek meant Fruit just like in general#the word for melon in ancient greek was milopeppon which meant like. gourd fruit. but in modern green the word for melon is pepponi#meanwhile english somehow ended up with melon#however in modern greek milon became milo. which means apple#but the word milinoes means quince colored. which was a shade of sickly yellow/lime green associated with death#which is where her name directly came from#milon is also where the word for honey (meli) came from and used to be a descriptor for things that are sweet in general
