my name is bilal. my family is comprised of 18 members: 10 adults, 8 children under 16 yrs old and newborns.

for over a year now, i've been living in germany, far from my home and family in palestine. when the war started, my family has been living in fear for their lives daily ever since. despite my long work hours and responsibilities, i still managed to promote my family's fundraiser. with all of your help, we successfully reached our original goal.

in a cruel twist of fate, i lost my job, my apartment and my residence permit. i am currently in danger of deportation from germany that could happen anytime soon!

without my job, i am forced to dip into the money of my family's evacuation fund to cover my daily expenses. our goal had to be raised from €70,000 to €100,000. i feel terribly sorry, as this was not an easy decision to make.

I left stream when Steve opened valorant bc i started to hate that game recently, and when I returned some time later there were so many borders added again. Why is Milkmann so set on making stream unwatchable? I can't imagine someone enjoys watching that

yeah idk i stopped liking valorant a while ago because it just felt like every streamer was playing it and it’s just the same shit every game. custies are the only fun way to watch valo at this point for me

I haven’t seen any 8-bit Snotgirl fanarts. So, I obliged myself to do my best on this semi-recreation of Bryan Lee O’Malley’s issue 1 variant. I haven’t done 8-bit in a while, and it’s definitely something I need to work on. I hope to do a full cover or something bigger soon!

If you haven’t read through the Snotgirl series, I definitely recommend it. O’Malley did great on the story, and I’m in love with the art by Leslie Hung. It’s probably my most favorite series of 2016. Volume 2 can’t come soon enough!!!

jackie fun fact: despite my realistic style my favorite art are very simplistic styles. some of my favorite modern(as in not long-dead) artists are leslie hung(milkmanner) tracy liang(tsliang/kingkaiser), glen keane, and bruce timm. i’m so deeply in love with people who can make a 2d, very simple style feel so round and full of life.
