Been working on getting a single arm swing with this for a while at least it's I got it. Been taking it to work with me to swing on lunch break with my little 28 kg kettlebell. Having to work out in the middle of the day has done great things for me mentally and just with my mood throughout the day. Had a chance to to sit down and think about moot this past weekend, I stood up and spoke up for a worthless fuck and said he might prove to be worth something someday to Beornings. @deadman_kickboxing you've just made the worst choice. + + + Had a friend come up from Southern Illinois, to spend time with us at moot. Was good to see him and I can't wait to have him back, maybe next time @barbarian_k1ng will join us in some backhold wrestling. + + + I was gifted A Gada from our guest. Some evening swings by the fireside. This was towards the end. Shoulders feeling better. Looking forward to a roadtrip with my brothers this weekend. Swings are so much like life for me it's this weight swinging away from you that your trying to manhandle forward in the path you want but without proper concentration, strength of body, and strength of will that weight will throw you around and drag you down like so many of the bonds we make. Make the right bonds, those that help you be stronger, better, and more of what you want to be. Watched @kellsbells88 doing this the other day and recorded my last go of it. My shoulders haven't hurt like this and felt so strong in ages.
