my new year’s resolution is to get a job in a library somewhere so i can become a local cryptid again. it’ll be nice to have a more consistent food source than what i usually go for. maybe if i don’t get bored i’ll end up working there for a couple decades without visibly aging and/or can disappear under mysterious circumstances and literally never go there again. or maybe it’d be more fun to appear there once, check out a book, freak out the locals, and then never return. i’ve gotten ahead of myself. i think i should start with actually job hunting.
