Thanks so much Damon for contributing this amazingly detailed etching to the Overwintering Project Print Portfolio be!! It heralds an exciting project this year being run and hosted by the wonderful people at @megaloprintstudio who will be visiting the beautiful #jerrabomberrawetlands nearby and then making prints about this very special wetland to exhibit and then join the Portfolio. Jerrabomberra is the regular summer home of numerous Latham’s Snipe, one of our more elusive migratory shorebirds that overwinters here then breeds on the island of Hokkaido in northern Japan. If you’d like to be part of this exciting new iteration of the Overwintering Project, please visit the @megaloprintstudio website and fill out the EOI. You MUST be a Megalo member, and you need to sign up by January 27!! The exhibition will be held in the Megalo Print Studio Gallery, and will run 9 September - 28 October to coincide with World Migratory Bird Day.
