how is it we’re on the tail end of summer but i’m finding myself more intolerant of the heat than i did in july and august
#the injured nerves in my leg have become more sensitive recently too#it took about 35 to just make it really weak but other than that i didn’t notice much#honestly cold (like the fridge/freezer aisle) was worse#but now walking outside in 33 degree heat it felt like my left leg was burning up#the right was just normal hot but ok#unfortunately the shingles attacked the L5 dermatome so it’s basically the length of my entire leg#migraines have been more severe and frequent since i got shingles too#and maybe that’s also making me worse at handling the heat#arghh i’d say fall can’t come soon enough#but then it’ll be winter and i’ll have problems with the cold#innko talks#chronic illness
