sometimes ya just gotta go "i sound like im the messiah of a doomsday cult"/"i'm starting to sound like I wear tin foil hats"
they won't tell you this in therapy but sometimes the best way to stop catastrophizing/anxiety is to interrupt your spiraling with "girl what the hell are you talking about"
#both things i consider to be a little crazy#i DID write conspiracy theorist at first bc I tend to think of the craziest ones#but there have been conspiracy theories that have turned out to be true. so.#i just woke up#might regret this later. or forget avout it entirely
