Small Update!

🍷: It’s been a while~ Which that means life update, aka what’s happened in the past week- Couple of days ago some human girl asked me if I was a sugar daddy, will not lie that gave me an ego boost. The cafe has been running pretty well, got a couple new customers the last couple days. Oh! Eros set me up for 3 different photoshoots, I know why that bastard gave me the spots- But I guess I’ll enjoy it, have one picture from the first shoot all I’m showing for now~ And today we’re rocking an all black look, I feel like the belt might be too much though. It’s slightly…restricting~

🫐: I can’t believe Cupid actually roped me into doing this- I feel like i embarrassed myself in front of a bunch of people

Hey! I'm Clara, the Mun and I'm the one behind this blog to roleplay about Ezra ☺

There's really a long time I'm not that active here or in my other account @belong2human-kind because I wasn't feeling so fine :(

I don't have diagnosed depression, but I do have this floating awful sadness feeling that started after a huge loss in my life 2y ago, and other things that still impact me everyday. It's very recurring, unfortunately, and it take all the colors from my days away, everything seems grey and pointless. To complete the "oh no, bad stuff" soup, I also have ocd since ever I guess, gad and probably adhd (I lose focus very easily, and most of the times start adding random stuff, not the best at communicating with minimal words like rn) \;w;/

But I love role-playing, I love sw, and I LOVE Rebels. I intended to be more active again as much as I can, because this makes me feel so nice and alive. Ezra is my comfort character and I love Sabine since I was a teenie kid! I dreamed of being as cool and strong like she is 💜🧡💙🤍

I can see much of Ezra in me, and I will give my best to interpret him as closely to his personality as I can! So, if you want to roleplay, stick around ☺

Thanks for the tags @carrieeve and @togetherkru, and it's a joy to see your spring photos 🩷 how are you both doing? How are things at work? Still a lot to do?

It's still not officially spring over here as we have cold temperatures during the night (we even had snow/rain the other day), but soon. SOON. How I have longed for this season! It gives me some energy which is much needed right now as my work and schedule is quite exhausting. But I've finally relaxed into my spot among the colleagues and also the work assignments, which is a relief. It has been hinted to me that my contract might get extended, and I'm not sure what to think about it. One the one hand it would be smart to hold on to the income (especially if I'm going to study in the fall) and also it's great to have a purpose to my day, but on the other hand it is as I mentioned very exhausting and physically straining on my body. I was looking forward to a longer vacation this summer and also I don't want to miss out on having time off at the same time as my family. I have some options to think through for sure...

Boyfriend Material by Alexis Hall

Another case of a book that I couldn't put down once I picked it up.

It's fun, it's witty, it's touching and it has one of my favorite tropes, the Fake Dating to Lovers, both characters are deeply flawded and they complement each other very well; the story is so well written and has such fun dinamics between their main and side characters and touching moments that will stay with you for a long time.

As soon as I was done reading it I wanted to read it all over again, and when I found out there was sequel coming out in August I couldn't be happier!

If you're a fan of romantic comedy and queer books, this is a must read.

#JacquemusAtHome Is The Best Thing On Social Media Right Now

I don’t know about you guys, but for me, social media has been anything but a comfort these days. I know, I know, TikTok is supposed to be the ultimate form of entertainment right now, and Twitter, a hub for finding the latest news worldwide. But recently, I can’t help but feel that scrolling through Instagram feeds and Twitter threads has lost its appeal. With that being said, there is one account that, despite everything going on, continues to provide much-needed escapism: @jacquemus. 

If you’re a fan of asymmetric shoes and extra-tiny handbags, you probably already know about Simon Porte Jacquemus, the man behind French fashion label Jacquemus. But designing viral accessories isn’t all this Provençe-born designer excels at. No, his social media skills are equally as impressive. And while it appears that everyone else on Instagram has lost their edge in quarantine, scrambling for content while stuck indoors, Porte Jacquemus has flourished. 

From slideshows of David Hockney paintings that will surely transport you into a new world (outside of your bedroom) to ASMR-esque videos of Le Chiquito-shaped cakes being sliced in half, there really is no comfort these days quite like the Jacquemus Instagram feed. But the designer’s latest social media endeavour might just be his most impressive to date.

Last Wednesday, a slideshow was uploaded onto the account featuring a main image of a child imitating the act of wearing the designer’s iconic mismatched heels, but instead of shoes, he is simply standing on his tippy toes over an orange and a lemon. The rest of the slideshow, captioned “HOME FOREVER 🌻,” includes a dreamy landscape shot presumably taken in his hometown of Provençe, a still life of sliced open figs, and a video of the designer on a bike ride. The entirety of the post was worthy of attention, of course. But only the cover image instigated a Instagram-wide photo challenge.

Following the post, which garnered over 120k likes and comments ranging from, “Obsessed with your content!!! Gets me every. Single. Time.🌹 🌹” to “Superbe inspiration 💜💜💜🧡🧡🧡💛💛💛,” many of the page’s followers began imitating the image, posting their own makeshift versions of Jacquemus’s Bahia and Portofino heels using whatever was around their homes during self-isolation. 

Soon after, he began reposting them, creating the hashtag #JacquemusAtHome to coincide with the collection. Toilet paper, animal figurines, artichokes, European adaptors — you name it, someone took a picture with it. One person even used a joint to imitate the designer’s handywork. And since submissions are still coming in, who knows what will come next. 

So, if you, like me, need a break from the overall dumpster fire that is social media during coronavirus, I suggest you head straight to Jacquemus’s Instagram feed. Better yet, first look around your apartment for the two strangest items you can find, snap a photo with each placed underneath your elevated heels, and upload it to Instagram using the hashtag #JacquemusAtHome. Now all there is to do is wait and see who makes the cut.

Small Update!

🎧: I don’t get a break till Christmas 🥰 Which means no celebrating Thanksgiving with the family and Art which sucks :( but I have to do what the muses need of me. So I took a shower got dressed and am heading the studio soon. I need breakfast and, hopefully, if the muses like the songs I have planned out and written out they’ll let me have Thanksgiving off! I feel cute at least, don’t you agree?~

🏹: Ha! Guess who got her hair re-dyed? Yes me. No I’m not a natural blonde which means neither is Apollo…don’t tell him I said that though-. Talking about Apollo, he made me go pumpkin picking with him and now I have a pumpkin I have zero what to do with. I will be packed till Thanksgiving, I’m so happy I need a break-. Update Apollo might not be able to hangout with me and the parents but we’ll see. Puerto Rico here I come.~ 😎
