Middlehivers: Cult Mechanicus Repair Shop?

When it comes to Hive Worlds, we get a lot of lore on the Underhive and it's gangers, and some lore on the Highspire nobility.

But what about your Middlehive middle-class 9-to-5 blue-collar workers? The Cain books(and footnotes) give us the most lore about them and even then it's barely there.

Where do they go to get their stuff fixed?

Do the Mechanicus run Maintenance/Repair Wards from their Middlehive outpost Temples? Do they have little booths on each level of the Middlehive with a couple of Techpriests where you can bring your broken vox-radios and glitchy dataslates? Do Techpriests periodically go door to door to ask to check your electric meters? Do they maintenance the streetlights? Are they seen as pillars of the community for their valuable service? Do the Cult Mechanicus Holidays/Holy Days get celebrated by the community as well as by the Techpriests? Are the Techpriests themselves fond of their little Middlehive community? Do they actively proselytize or do they show their faith by works?

Do some Techpriests work specifically with the local Arbites to make and maintain Cybermastiffs? Does that mean that Techpriests sometimes visit pet shops/breeders?

I want more of Techpriests in small middle-class communities.
