Veggie Apple Stuffing in a Mug Microwave Recipe #vegetarian #Thanksgivingsidedish 

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon melted butter 1/4 cup diced onion 1/4 cup diced celery 1/4 cup diced apple 1/4 cup vegetable broth 3/4 cup cubed bread 1/4 teaspoon dried sage Salt & pepper to taste 

Directions: In a large microwave safe mug, add melted butter, onion, celery and apple. Microwave for 45 seconds. Stir and add broth, sage, salt and pepper. Stir and add bread cubes. Mix well & microwave for 3 minutes. Enjoy! Please 

Note: 1. We have used Sourdough Bread you can used bread of your choice. 2. Microwave used is 1200 watts. Please check strength of your microwave to adjust the time.
