These scholars are headed to Amsterdam tomorrow for their winter term to learn about migration, black diasporas, and refugee experiences in the Netherlands. They'll need to be on their A game when they're networking and making introductions so I spent the morning teaching them my 6-step process for accurate and artful self-definition.
