Bobadil House (1841-1842) The first and second images are one and the same building - Bobadil House (formally the Woolpack Inn). The third image is from the mid 19th century, and of another Cobb & Co coachhouse, one that was built very close to Bobadil House, but not Bobadil House. The speculative builder of these coach houses was Henry Danger (1796-1861). The third image, I think was a coaching inn sited near what is now the Royal Hotel - the stables of the Royal Hotel, can be seen on the right hand side - and slightly off from the inn. The background hills would be very similar to those hills found in an image of Bobadil House, from that period. But the two buildings, even though Bobadil House was modified down - were not one and the same.
