#Marchmeetthemaker prompt number 14 How did you learn? I started this jewelry making journey over 9 years ago. It was a time of transition, newly married and only working part time I needed something to harness my creativity. This became especially needed after I lost my job and was stuck home while pregnant. I started making basic beaded necklaces and then discovered the world of wire wrapping! I watched videos on YouTube and read as many books as I could get my hands on. And I haven't been able to stop wrapping since! Wire wrapping has given my creativity a purpose and I adore seeing other people enjoy my art and wear them for their special events or as their every day favorite. I'm not a master by any means but I'm a firm believer of always learning and progression. Other mediums I'd love to learn and explore include electroforming, resin, metal smithing and leather working.
