VICTORIA DELACOUR, aka THE TRANSCENDENT,  is 27 years old and a PUREBLOOD alumni of SLYTHERIN. Her allegiance is the DEATH EATERS, and she is currently TAKEN with a faceclaim of Johanna Braddy.

MOMENTS

The only child her parents were graced with, Victoria felt the weight of the world on her shoulders. With no sons to carry on the family name, it was up to Victoria to maintain and elevate their status. Even as a child, she thrived in the art of being a lady. Whether it was etiquette classes, joining her mother at social gatherings, or working to become a well read lady, Victoria succeeded. However, she learned the art of fencing from her father, which later made her a strong dueler. At only eight, she knew she was the light of her parents life and that it was up to her to carry their family further. 

At age eleven, she was sent to Hogwarts and was sorted into the most prestigious house, in her humble opinion. Victoria made all the right friends, excelled in all the right classes, and joined every social society available. However, it was during her years at Hogwarts that her views were tested. While Victoria could see the harm in them, she also knew they directly benefited her and her family. Victoria had a duty to her family, and she wouldn’t allow anything to get in the way of that. 

By eighteen, Victoria was engaged to someone she truly loved. In truth, she was prepared to marry someone she didn’t truly care for if it meant elevating or maintaining the family status, but she loved Dominic and he was the right kind of man for her to marry as well after all. Victoria was more than pleased with the life she had built for herself. Her career as a model was already taking off, she had a wonderful fiancé, and a fortune to live off of. It wasn’t until the night the Greengrass parents died that everything fell apart. Dominic was left without the family money and practically destitute. Despite her love for him, and she did love him, a conversation with her father reminded her what she had to do. Victoria broke off the engagement, breaking her own heart in the process. 

After nearly a decade, much had changed for the Delacour woman. She had taken the modeling world by storm. Victoria was an international icon and had walked every important runway, faced every major magazine, and been a part of every country’s fashion week. She lived for the glamorous aspects of her lifestyle and Victoria was particularly proud of the fact that she had built it all in her own. However, that wasn’t all she was doing. Victoria had been a part of the Death Eaters since Dominic had gone to Azkaban. So when Rodolphus took over, she was quite pleased with herself. It was also then that she concocted a plan to help her old love. Going to Rodolphus with a plan, she set the whole thing in motion. Dominic would be released from Azkaban, but his memories would be rewritten. Victoria reasoned that she was doing him a favor; whoever was in that cell in Azkaban was no longer Dominic anymore anyways. Victoria had Severus eliminate his weaknesses, his sister and the friends that made him soft, and instead made him the perfect weapon for the Death Eaters. Without a doubt, Victoria loved him, but only the best version of him, and she was working to get him back to that. If Victoria had her way, and she usually did, she would have her happy ending after all.

GREENGRASS SIBLINGS - At one point, Victoria had been engaged to a man that she truly loved and had everything in her life going decidedly right. Dominic was both the right kind of man, and someone she truly wanted to marry. However, when he ended up in Azkaban, she had been forced to break off their engagement. Despite breaking ties, she had still kept a watchful eye on Gemma as best she could, even if she was a part of the Moody family now. However, it had been Victoria that had gotten Dominic out of Azkaban in the end, and knowing that Gemma had been changed by her uncle, she made sure that Dominic forgot her entirely. It was better for him in the end anyways, and one day, she knew he’d thank her for it. 

ADINA PATIL - Ever since their days in school, Adina has always managed to get on her very last nerve. The Patil family had all the money and status to be a big pureblood family, and they wasted it on compassion. Adina was vocal, headstrong, and never seemed to know when to leave well enough alone. She lacked the decorum that Victoria valued and it drove her mad. Without a doubt, Adina was one of her least favorite people on the planet. 

ALICE FORTESCUE - While she and Alice weren’t overly close, Victoria always held a rather high amount of respect for the other girl. She managed to hold half of the pureblood society by the balls, literally and figuratively and did so with all the class and kindness in the world. Victoria had to admire her self respect and confidence and she found herself enjoying the other girl’s presence whenever they did end up being around one another. 

MEREDITH VASILYEVA- Undoubtably, a lot of Victoria’s success in the modeling world had come from the help of Meredith. They had taken her under their wing and allowed her to become their muse. Victoria had reaped many benefits because of Meredith and she had looked up to them for ages. However, finding out that Meredith was not only a vampire, but also fully in support of the Order was a blow that Victoria hadn’t wanted to acknowledge. It was hard knowing that her idol had let her down.

Tudo naquele lugar parecia rídiculo. As atividades, a maneira como a maioria da pessoas se portarem, o fato de que Tristane não possuía simplesmente nada para fazer e ainda assim o seu corpo continuava pedindo pela a dose diária de prozacs e ritalina que costuma tomar durante o período escolar. Era rídiculo. Ele conseguia assimilar que não precisava disso ali, apesar do óbvio, o lugar realmente não oferecia nenhum tipo de stress com que tinha que lidar quando estava diante de olhares atentos em Hogwarts, havia começado a ajudar tarefas do acampamento quando viu que as caminhadas sozinho ou junto ao Heath não estavam o ajudando como julgara que o fariam e tinha agradecer a Fortescue por manter a mente do Aubrey ocupada para não ele não perceber que já não dormia direito. Na realidade, o ato de dormir no chão de uma barraca já era difícil por si só, agora parecia perto do impossível. Entretanto, repetia para si como uma espécie de mantras que aquilo estava perto de acabar, mais três dias era tudo que precisava... Isso se lobos não o assassinassem antes disso.

De qualquer forma, tentava manter tudo aquilo para si, afinal não era algo que realmente podia compartilhar abertamente com um de seus amigos, sendo que a única pessoa que sabia oficialmente era Amycus e sabia já que o garoto iria dizer... Além de correr o risco do mesmo cortar seu fornecimento. Entretanto, aquela noite em especial estava tudo sendo mais difícil, e fora isso que o levara a sair de sua barraca enrolado no cobertor que trouxe consigo para viagem até a barraca de Meridith. Estava confiando no convite que a garota lhe fizera mais cedo, um que negaria se não precisasse do conforto que a garota sempre lhe dava. Sua relação com a Meredith pareceria muito complicada se não fosse na realidade bem simples aos olhos do garoto, eles até então eram prometidos ao outro, sim, porém, até o devido casamento ambos manteriam sua vida como sempre, e aquilo acabou dando certo. Sem dramas e sem prejudicar a relação que tinham antes do acordo feito entre os Notts e Zabines. "Mer... Meredith!" ele a chamou, pedindo para forçar que ele não verdadeiramente acreditava para não acordar Vance, era melhor evitar aquela situação.

Queria começar dizendo que eu sei que prometi postar ontem, mas foi impossível para mim por que eu estava muito nervosa com uma situação pessoal. Agora que tudo está mais calmo trago a lista dos mortos/vivos/zumbis. 

A lista vai ser atualizada conforme as pessoas vão nos enviando os status dos personagens.

Lembrete: Os zombies e os mortos são personagens npc, ou seja, não podem ser jogados. Entretanto podem ser mencionados ou mortos pelos players caso tenham permissão. Podem também ser postados pov da morte ou de como viraram zumbis.

Josie flinched at the sound of John clapping his hands together suddenly. Her heart pounded like that of a frightened rabbit hunted by a starving fox, backed into a corner and running out of time to escape.

“Shall we go somewhere more private? We have so much to catch up on.”

She followed her parents silently. Her limbs felt like lead. Heavy, numb, reluctant to move.

The hum of friendly chatter and music grew quiet, replaced by clicking heels and the whisper of satin skirts against marble floors.

She longed to be back in the ballroom or even better, safe at home.

Josie hardly dared breathe, let alone look at her parents as they said their goodbyes to Blake.

Finally, they turned to her, and she plastered a confident smile onto her face to hide her disbelief.

“Good enough for you?”

“For now. We’ll be seeing you, Alice. Let’s not leave it so long next time.”

“We’ll just report you before you get the chance—“

“You think I’d keep my mouth shut in prison of all places? Do it if you want! Have me taken out of here in handcuffs, let’s see how much of a scene I can actually create. If anything it just makes my story more believable.”

“She’s a liar, John. She always has been–”

“I'm thinking, Meredith,” He said, shutting down his wife just as he had Josie countless times. “If you’re so close with The Pendletons, close enough to influence their business decisions, you’ll be able to walk in there and prove it, won’t you?”

Josie paused. She did know Blake and Livi, but maybe not quite as well as she’d intimated. It certainly wasn’t a flawless plan, but it was the best she could do. It had to be worth a try.

“Fine,” she said as she brushed past them. “Come with me.”

The tiniest flash of panic on her father’s face was quickly disguised by his usual sneer.

“So what? I don’t see why—“

“I 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 about your contract with Pendleton Oil. Blake himself told us all about it on one of his visits to our house. It’s one of your most important deals, I’d imagine.

I’m sure you’re right that the cops would overlook everything you’ve done, but would Blake? It won’t be long before he takes over the company, and he’ll want to prove himself. Getting rid of some of their more questionable associates would be a good place to start, don’t you think?”

“I could show him the documents, maybe fill him in about what you’re really like, how you treat your own children. Once he drops you, how long would it be before word spreads? I know how much people like you love gossip. How long before you run out of work and friends altogether?”

Wiping away her tears, she willed herself to think.

It would be possible to pay them back. Not in the timeframe they wanted, but if they agreed to wait she could sell the ranch. Teddy would understand. As much as it would devastate him, she knew he would do anything to ensure her freedom.

The more she considered it, the more furious she felt. The idea of selling her home to hand over money to her parents which would do nothing but gather dust in their vault made her sick. The home where she was raising her children, money that she could use for their future…

She wouldn’t do it.

None of those reasons would change their mind, of course. They didn’t care about her, why would they care about the grandchildren they didn’t even know existed?

No, if she was going to get out of this she had to use the one thing more important to them than money.

Their reputation.

“It seems like you’ve been busy since you made your dramatic exit.” John mused. “I’d ask you to fill us in but it hardly feels relevant, and frankly I don’t care. You owe us a lot of money. Fifty thousand, I believe?”

“One hundred thousand feels fair, don’t you think, darling?”

The breath was knocked out of Josie’s lungs as bile once again rose in her throat.

“A hundred–”

“At least,” Meredith smirked. “It’s been, what, thirteen years? There’s interest and emotional damages… One hundred thousand simoleans, and you can pay it back with a thank you for not turning you in.”

“Your mother is right. We’ve been very good to you loaning you that money for all these years, but now it’s past time for you to pay what you owe so we can all move on with our lives.”

“Loaning me– You didn’t loan me shit!”

“Language, Alice. Honestly, what has happened to your manners.”

“Oh, John, what do you think? Look at that trash she’s here with. You could have had a wedding like this, you know. Better, even. Poor Wyatt was devastated–”

“Wyatt didn’t even know me, and my wedding was perfect. I even got to choose my own husband.”

“Yes, and what a mistake that was.”

Josie had never wanted to be wrong so deeply in her entire life.

She had to be mistaken. However, looking into the eyes of Meredith Fortescue she knew that no amount of denial would change the fact that her mother was standing in front of her, and her life was about to come crashing down.

Burning acid clawed its way up her throat. She had to get out of this room, as far away from her parents as she could manage. She couldn’t breathe with their eyes on her. Every harsh word, every stinging slap was ringing in her ears.

Her body screamed at her to turn and run.

And so, she did.

“That’s fighting talk. I’m not sure I’d take that, Blake” Livi teased as the mood lightened.

Josie glanced over at her father who was lost in thought. Whether Josie could influence Blake’s business decisions was uncertain, but it was clear she hadn’t lied about how well she knew the Pendleton heir.

She could hear his thought process. One hundred thousand simoleans and revenge on his estranged daughter, or keep his most important contract and his reputation intact?

Eventually, it seemed he’d made a decision.

“We’d better be leaving. I’ll call you about that meeting, Blake.”
