RUNEDELTA - Mercbede.

There, in an empty kingdom, the two classmates meet a lonely squire by the name of Mercbede, who claims that they are all heroes of legend. Berd is excited to start his own adventure, but not so much to play sidekick to Noel, so he leaves their party to venture alone, Mercbede is unhappy but still encourages Noel to seek the rude bird boy while they begin their quest.

During their journey, the lone squire emphasizes that they can solve their issues peacefully, but Berd sees this fable world as game where he can do whatever he wants... What path will Noel choose?

What is there to tell about someone born so recently? Let's see, she is much more pragmatic and spireted than what you'd expect from someone who's supposedly a pacifist, but to her direct approaches to problems are usually the best ones. Rather than putting foes to sleep, Mercbede utilizes pressure point techniques to leave them incapacitated!

On a meta note, Mercbede has quite a few inspirations. Firstly is December, who is the base for her character, but since not much is known about her yet, other sources were utilized. She takes a great deal of inspiration from the the first fallen human (or "Chara"), with their association with knifes and edgy brash behavior.

Lastly, Mercbede is a squire because, in this AU, the Knight swaps with a mysterious Mage, a sorcerer capable of doing the impossible! Of course, magic is just science that hasn't been explained yet, if you understand what I'm saying ;)

No actually, Mercbede is the Squire of the Dark! She patrols Fort Village as its dutiful lady awaiting her new subjects.

god im SUPER excited for this, i genuinely adore this take on deltaswap, and i think mercbede is probably the most creative ralsei swap ive ever seen!!!!! cant wait to see characters like jevil, seam, kris and susie!!
