It’s amazing to think it’s a week since we filled a big room at @hotelcrowwood for @elancschamber Menopause in Business event. Taking to the stage again in front of 160 people was energising, and talking about both the case for male allyship and for businesses themselves was rewarding. We continue on the path to normalise conversations, build awareness and education and make it a whole human mission to support and understand, rather than it be left to those who face its challenges. A few years ago this event wouldn’t have happened.
