LOVE: I am simply in awe over artist Alexis Walter’s new line, Alexis Walter Maison, launching on October 1st. On Thursday, I got a sneak peak of the collection that I have been hearing about for many years, and let me tell you it did not disappoint. When I walked into her home, I felt like I was walking on a heavenly cloud. Everything was so light and airy, but most importantly, peaceful. Who doesn’t want that feeling in the home? I am ready to redo my guest room! Stay tuned for the official launch and make sure to follow Alexis Walter Maison on Instagram. 

VISIT: Even in the heat of August, there is a lot going on in this city. Like today, you can visit the Pilot + Powell sample sale at ACE Hotel where you’ll find deep discounts on great pieces, and then end up at one of the many exhibits for White Linen Night. Melissa Rufty has her eyes on the KeySook Geum exhibit at Callan Contemporary and whenever Regina Scully shows at Octavia Art Gallery, its always a good one. Make sure to pop by Meril for a boozy snowball too! 

WANT: This week, Paul Morse and I photographed over 30 divine pieces of jewelry from Friend & Company for TSG New Orleans Volume 8! The pieces I want are not featured online, except for this stunning bracelet, so make sure to stop in and scout it out. 

MEET: You at the Dome! We are so excited for Saints season to kick off next Friday night. Make sure to have your gear ready, we scouted these perfect game day pants at Lukka Boutique!
