I really needed a bit of distraction tonight, and finishing this up hit the spot. “Rainbow Popsicle” by @kiiarens and from @deboredpuzzles. A very fun puzzle—we stayed up too late to finish and got to the point where funny voices were the norm—but we did finish. I love the image design but the pieces are slick and glossy with a loose fit, which I love less. Weirdly there were 3 extra pieces—doubles for pieces already placed. I finished it! This is a very cute puzzle from an independent artist. The pieces are thick and sturdy and have a nice matte finish. Overall I’m really pleased with the quality of the pieces. I love the artwork, “Forest Life” by Soonness. Swipe to see some of the detail. The woodsy bits were trickier, but it’s a very fun build. I did add Fritz as I was a little disappointed to discover there weren’t any hedgehogs in this particular forest. Perhaps I missed them?
