The knocking rouses Hope from her frustrations, and as Oz’s voice muffles its way through the door, a thought occurs. A pretty important one.

She rolls off her bed, walking over (still slumped from the utter exhaustion of the day) before she pulls her door open.

“Hey, bud- sorry, didn’t realize you were over. Hope my frustrations didn’t... interrupt anything? Actually, I don’t wanna know- the less I know about Joy’s sex life the better sometimes.”

She sighs, leaning against the door frame.

“Anyhow- hey, actually there’s some important things I probably need to talk to you about, re: getting involved in with Joy, and thusly the Coven by extension- have a second?”

I am so very sorry our coven leader is an emotionally constipated moron. Please don't take her martyr complex personally- she's just Like That. As both a token of my appreciation for being one of the nicer boys around, as well as a low-key plea not to go complete supervillain and probably bring around Fifth Hope, I've made this fruit basket. Admittedly, I don't know if you do actually eat, but the artful arrangement could make for a nice still life, or maybe you can compost it all and take up some gardening.

“But SOMEONE just had to blab to the therapist that I ‘don’t have any hobbies’ and ‘keep falling asleep in my lab’ so I GUESS I have to give them a shot now.”
