For those following my search for a new Ride Cymbal, I've just ordered a 20" Meinl Vintage Pure Ride. Took me a while of searching the sound demos on YouTube and Meinl's website to make up my mind, mainly because of the awesome amount of options Meinl have to offer. This is the last of my old cymbals to be replaced and the most expensive one, so I wanted to choose right. But I think the Vintage Pure Cymbal has the right amount of dark, while still maintaining a clear bell sound and it's not too washy!
