Genji would describe it that way. Over two months of getting acquainted with the girl who ravished his heart and eyes...and who had been saved from a timely demise. Even now it killed him to remain unseen and untouched by her..but he had faith. Even if the end of winter signaled an option for her to walk away from this if she chose....he believed he had earned her trust thus far.

It had not been a hard winter. Here in his secret villa, spring was eternal...and animals and nymphs were free to frolic without fear of the cold. The baths sprung with hot water and scented soaps...food was plentiful and delicious, and there was a whole garden to admire and adore.

He barred the outside from any intruders or schemers who would whisk away Kadia and break this wager Genji had struck with the gods...never realizing the threat to this arrangement was internal.

And so...excusing himself to check the borders of his land, someone was moving in to plant the seeds of doubt.

When Gaara saw the Otsutsuki, a bad feeling took over his whole body. It wasn't necessary words, by the time he stood up with the other Kages, Kankuro was already gone to make sure Kadia and Aika were safe. Even if his job is to guard the Kazekage, his brother knows that the best way to help is making sure their family is safe.

The only one left now was his son, Sasuke and Naruto were busy with their own children and even knowing that Shinki wasn't the target, he could be hurt in the crossed fire. He wasn't in condition of protecting himself completely after receiving the last blow. While the other Kage's went to the bleachers to help evacuating the civilians, he went to the center of the arena take his son away from the fight.

Karma dawned on the normal attire for a knight, light, leather armor with plated protective wear on some of the limbs, a sword strapped on her side, leather boots and the castles insignia on her chest. A gloved and meets the hilt of her sword to rest upon it.

“Freedom? There isn’t much freedom, princess...” Karma shook her head, not like a Princess would care for a lowly knight as her. She turned the subject matter to her being guarded however “Sorry Princess, I have to make sure you’re protected at all times. Even if you leave to watch the night sky. though if you wouldn’t mind. I’d enjoy it greatly if you allowed me to join you.” A light smile.

Mismatched candles lit the surrounding area so that Yuukoro may effectively see her own work. A cooling cup of tea rests on the ground beside her. After only taking one or two sips, she set the porcelain cup aside to focus on her task at hand. 

Yuukoro did not favor forming bonds of any kind with anyone, especially not citizens of villages that would have her killed if they were granted the chance to catch her. However, one villager caught Yuukoro’s attention. This is who Yuukoro was dedicating her free time to. 

With a frustrated sigh, the young woman holds up a scarf, put together carefully with crimson yarn by the hands of the Uchiha herself. Carefully, Yuukoro places her gift in a box and decides she will deliver it to Kadia herself.

It does not take her long to find her glitter-loving acquaintance. Without a word, Yuukoro holds her arms out with the box in hand, suggesting Kadia take it from her.

Shinki isn’t a very picky eater. His favorite foods are of course Gizzard and Braised Stew. He also enjoys desert apple candies, which is one of Sunas specialities, since there in the middle of a desert. When he doesn’t like a certain kind of food, the problem isn’t usually taste, it’s texture-wise.
