did you see the blue beetle trailer? I didn't even know they started making it but apparently it's coming out in august 18th, which is funny only to me

in other unrelated news, I decided that in my dc/pjo crossover verse blue beetle is percy's favorite superhero

Percy is one of those guys who knows nothing about superheroes other than that Superman vaguely exists and Batman is scary or something. So he hears about Blue Beetle’s existence via someone making a blue joke and he’s like THIS ONE IS MY FAVORITE NOW and proceeds to be his Biggest Fan while still never learning anything about him
