Just saw a post about Caitlyn advocating for Zaun while Mel stared at her in shock and like, no. Sorry babygirl but now. Mel tried to protect Zaun from hextech and her mother until she had to be kidnapped out of Piltover after they've tried to kill her twice. Caitlyn did a fascist speedrun the second she went through one (1) hardship by someone from Zaun.

Was Mel doing it for mostly selfish reasons? Yes. But let's face it, she is way more likely to help Zaun out then Caitlyn "used chemical warfare against an entire city to hunt down one person that wronged me" Kiramman.
