I remember being so confused, I grew up with 2000s berry and was like 11 watching the cg one later and all of a sudden, two twin characters show up, sour grapes and sweet grapes?! and they like split her into two different characters

I think they just kept the name as an homage and to be cute, there were 0 similarities whatsoever but as their own characters they were cute lol

I just looked that up rn on the one hand these 2 r so cute,,,, but as someone who also grew up with the early 2000s vers (or at least I think I did? idk I do remember watching a vers where peppermint was still a thing) I,,,,, completely do not remember who the girl on the right is but she looks cool? I'm a lil sad this vers never got an appearance in the later reboots (I think bc the later reboots r a little more slice of life-y?)

I hope the both of these guys could coexist in the next reboot/reiteration of the show... Like maybe the twins could be the daughters of the OG sour grapes?
