trying to figure out which spices to take out based on 1. how much will we actually use them & 2. how much salt is in them (my mom is on a low-sodium diet)

#kalec.txt #low sodium as in she will be in extreme pain if she ingests too much salt #i feel so bad but idk how to make the ammonia build up go down #also i wish. i could do smth for liver:( i know its from years of drinking of which im not responsible for but it hurts to see her in pain #also why do we have 3 different salt shakers and 3 different pepper shakers #me putting the garlic salt away 😔#we got garlic powder dw
