Our lives are full of different kinds of Situations. We must develop abilities to respond to them all. Am I really stopping to think about the information that coming to me from all my senses before I respond? The types of information and its forms can change quickly. For example; Love / hate, compassion / cruelty, friendship / conflict, affection / anger, nerves / calmness, violence / help and more After I was in no good situation and I returned to her I have to stop and leave her in her place. If I take her and not the lesson from her, I will probably return to that situation. Meditation is a great way to get out of situations. Une uvre d'art au cur du village

Passants du dimanche, estivants, promeneurs en qute de rencontre ou bien Lalbenquois habitus du village, quelle surprise pour vous ! Sur le mur allong de la maison jouxtant l'glise Saint Quirin on peut dsormais dcouvrir une fresque fixe de prs de 40 m. En ce lieu, la mmoire des hommes, des trsors de la terre, le visage de Jules Cubaynes et des paysages de la rgion sont represents. En 3 jours, lors du festival occitan Estiv'Oc, Stphane du Mouvement Graphique a su travailler les traits, les couleurs, les nuances pour donner l'expression, la profondeur et la beaut du sujet.Un graffiti qui est un vritable travail d'artiste pour un rendu des plus ralistes. Au cours du festival, chacun a pu s'approcher, admirer, commenter, le travail de l'artiste. Dsormais, ce lieu peut devenir un espace de repos, de lecture, de mditation et inspirer les potes. Cette cration dcouvrir est bien entendu en place pour de longues annes. La fresque se situe gauche de l'glise. Un dpliant va tre dit pour expliquer les dtails de cette ralisation. L'dition d'une carte postale est galement l'tude.
