Important Note:

It’s safe to say you will have to be patient with me. I will try and get these done quickly, but I don’t like rushing things. So once I have completed them up to my standard then I will post them. PLEASE remember that I am only one person and there are a lot of winners. I’m not gaining anything from this other than wanting to make you guys happy. Because that’s what I like doing.

I doubt anyone will do it, but don’t badger me about prizes. I’m an antsy person anyway and If I feel like I’m being forced to do something quicker or I feel pressured, I believe I have every right not to do it at all.

Wordcount: 1,216 Summary: After a few weeks of trying to decide how to tell Bucky something important. She is cut off when Bucky has something to tell her to. After finding out the reader previously, voluntarily, worked for HYDRA Bucky didn’t want to hear anything she had to say. With a few of the team members taking his side, and Wanda taking hers. The odds just seemed to be against her. Information about the reader: The reader has the ability to control the elements. Author’s Note: I’m sorry. Will you be in pain? Possibly. I had been pacing my room for nearly hour. I was excited, nervous, and scared all in one. I had been trying to find the way tell Bucky the news for nearly 2 weeks. No one else knew. I wanted him to be the first, I wanted to see his reaction first. It didn’t help that he had been gone for a week on a mission. But now he was back, everyone was back. He’d been back a day and I just couldn’t hold it in any longer so pulled at the ends of my shirt making sure it looked okay and left our room. 

Skipping through the hallways I giggled bumping into Steve. “Woah, slow down there short stuff. What’s got you in such a great mood?” I held onto his arms steading myself, my smile never leaving my face. “Sorry Stevie! - I can’t say… not yet.” Steve raised an eyebrow in question which only made me laugh fondly. “I promise you will find out… just not yet. Trust me.” He nodded before placing a gentle kiss to my forehead. “Alright, — and before you ask Bucky is in the lounge.” I grinned and thanked him before sauntering off in the direction of the front room. I never understood how easily Steve could read me.

“Bucky!” I chimed walking into the room to find him on the couch. He had his I’m in deep thought look plastered on his face making me giggle to myself. We had been together for 3 years. Everyday was as though I was falling in love with him all over again. He didn’t answer me so I went to place my hand on his shoulder to which he pulled away from. My heart seemed to drop along with my smile. “Bucky?” My voice came off softer at his silence.

“Is it true?” His voice finally broke the deafening silence surround us making me furrow my brows. “Is what true?” My heart pounded against my chest, had he found out? He stood from his seat looking down to my with nothing but anger flooding his eyes. “Don’t bullshit me, Y/N. How long have you been keeping this from me?!” I jumped a little his voice booming through the entire floor. It didn't surprise me that the rest of the team came slowly filtering in the room with us, curious to what was happening.

“Buck… I was going to tell —“ He scoffed cutting me off. “Oh really? You were going to tell me that you worked for HYDRA?! When?! In another few years time? Were you going to tell me that you killed multiple people… innocent people, willingly?” My breathing got caught in my throat not expecting his answer. “Well! Is it true!” I glanced around seeing the equally angry faces of Steve, Natasha, Tony, and Bruce. I knew Wanda, Thor and Clint were there too without even looking towards them. The image of everyone’s infuriation towards me hurt enough I didn’t need to see it.

“Y-yes..” He huffed crossing his arms over his chest. “Excuse me?” He pushed as if he hadn’t heard… he wanted everyone to hear. So I spoke louder. “Yes — But…” He put his hand up cutting me off again. “But nothing! You lied to us. You lied to me! I thought I could trust you of all people. I guess I was wrong.” A tear slipped down my cheek, the back of my hand flying up to wipe it away as a reflex. “I want you gone.” I gasped stepping back out of shock. “You d-don’t understand!” I tried to reason with him but he just raised his voice more. “I understand completely! How do you expect me to trust you after this? I’m no saint, I killed people, but you knew about, you knew I was brainwashed. You weren’t! You voluntarily worked for them, under your own influence. I can’t even look at you without thinking you’re disgusting. I can’t stopped thinking about how you played us, you played us all. How do we know you’re not still working with them. You were just using me all along. Pack up your shit and leave.”

I didn’t hear anyone speak up so I glanced around hoping someone anyone would stand up for me. But, why would they, they didn’t know the full story. No one did. “Bucky… please…” I begged trying to step forward towards him only for him to step back stopping me from getting any closer.

“For fuck sake don’t you see! I don’t want anything to do with you, I don’t want to see your face I don’t want to be anywhere near you!” He shouted so loud. “Bu-buck…” I whispered only for him to shout again. “Just leave, Y/N.” The sound of a chain breaking tore my gaze away from him and down to my chest. My hand instantly flew to the now empty space there as I looked over to Bucky once more. In his hand was my necklace, the necklace I never took off. The one and only thing I had left of my mother. Broken. My lips gapped, my eyes flickered trying to hold back tears. I couldn’t breath. I just watched as he dropped it to the ground with no remorse.

I didn’t bother to even try to look for any sign of regret I just fell to my knees gathering the buckled locket and snapped chain. The only sound i could hear were my own sobs, everyone was too shocked to utter a single word. They knew how much my locket meant to me… he knew how much it meant to me.

Before anyone could say anything else and before I could embarrass myself I took to my feet. I held back my tears standing strong and tall. My chin held high, my fist tightly gripped around the broken jewellery against my palm. The chain hanging slightly out of my balled up fist. I held my breath ignoring the falling tears and nodded once.

“As you wish.” My voice was broken, cracked, but I didn’t let my stance falter. “You’ll never have to worry about me again. You’ll never have to see me again.” I turned on my heel, and slowly made my way out of the room walking straight past our teammates. I held my facade until I reached mine and Bucky’s room, well now just his. The world seemed as though it had just fallen at my feet. I believed him. I believed when he said I was disgusting. I believed that he never wanted to see me again. I didn’t believe that he cared, that he regretted anything he had done.

I haphazardly threw what I could into a suitcase. What I didn’t realise was the electricity in the entire building began to flicker in time with my sobs. I forcefully zipped up the suitcase before placing my hand on my stomach out of instinct. I couldn’t even speak, I just wanted us to be happy. I was scared… terrified even. Looking down to my belly my breathing shuddered as my thumb ran circles over it. I took a deep breath trying to calm myself, which evidently didn’t work, and pulled the handle up on my suitcase. It was just the two of us now.

50 Hottest Men of 2016: The Real Version

I’m sure you’ve all heard about Glamour’s stupid 100 Hottest Men ranking for 2016 - Jamie Dornan at #1? Chadwick Boseman not even making the list? Or John Cho? Seb Stan at #57? JARED LETO??? Everything is wrong. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create the Real Version of the 50 Hottest Men of 2016. Let’s be clear, too - ‘hottest’ here is a very relative term; aesthetically pleasing, sure, but also just on fire musically or career-wise, because screw the whole “is my favourite celebrity single?” mentality.
