i just thought about new mcr post and... i have some probably crazy THEORY

what if black parade and paper kingdom are connected? (background on the picture gave me an idea)

so. the patient, right? he clinically died cause we heard in the clip cardiac arrest BUT. it doesn't mean his absolute death and he might be resuscitated! then black parade is hallucination of his dying brain. and the paper kingdom is his "survived death" condition when he behaves and thinks like a child
