The Beatles are at some big mansion party in 67’. Paul only realizes hours into the party that he hasn’t seen John all night except for when they first arrived. So naturally Paul goes to find him. After looking around he eventually comes across a room that’s hidden from the rest of the party, he’s about to give up on finding him but suddenly hears moaning and grunting coming from inside this room. Pauls about to laugh it off but he swears he hears Johns voice so he peaks through the keyhole of the door or slightly opens the door and sees John getting absolutely railed by some guy he’s never met. Jealousy, anger, and heat fill his body. Paul can’t contain himself any longer and busts through the door and drags the random man out the room by force. Then it’s just Paul and John alone. John naked, Paul furious ( and confused by his own attraction and jealousy)

Do you know what an ideal support request in a sims 4 support server might look like?

'I did X, and Y happened. Here's my error' (attached ONE error file, specifically mc_lastexception or BE-ExceptionReport, which one is preferred depends on the server, but both are acceptable)

Error files over a day old. Go back in game and come back when you get a new one

Random screenshots accompanied by 'how do I fix this?' 99% of the time, I can't see what you're worried about. Most of the time, if I guess, I'm wrong

lastexception.txt files, if there is any alternative at all. They are acceptable if you DON'T have an mc_lastexception or a BE Report though (but not if you just don't know where to look. Please ask)

Multiple error files. We only need one, unless we ask for something else. Your BE Report does not contain anything your MCLE does not, unless your game didn't load far enough to create an MCLE--please check if it did

A screenshot of ChatGPT, or anything about ChatGPT really, it does not do mod support and when it tries, it's wrong

Screenshots of your entire mods folder. If we want to see anything in your mods folder, we'll tell you exactly what to screenshot, but usually your error file does a better job

Your mods folder. Mod folder cleanups cost real world money if you want someone else to do it for you. (We can recommend the someone to do it, but you'll need to contact them and be prepared to pay for it.)

Mods. I can understand when you accidentally grab the wrong file from your MCCC folder, but we don't need a random hair

Your localthumbcache file. That one's never going to be of any use to us at all

Your avatarcache file. Even less useful. At least if we're bored, we can look at your sims in your localthumbcache file. This one doesn't even give us that

Things like a patch scanner report or a conflict report from BE. Those are for YOUR use or a creator's use. If you have a specific question about something specific in it, ask about that, but we don't go over it line by line with you, and we don't have time to teach you what it all means
