I saw her the day I paid the rent (THE 2ND) she said nothing about oh well its the second did you include the $30 late fee. ON THE SECOND! Which is crazy enough. Then the second thing I asked her today when I walked in, First for a pen then a signed and dated copy of the check. I am adamant about getting a signed and dated copy because this same woman has placed I incorrect late fees and court cost on my account before which have had to be removed. She is always outlandish and rude. In asking her questions about why the ledger was wrong she said I was playing word games with her. The manager is never in the office she never calls you back when a message is left. We have been asking to break our lease since having to go to court about a window their lawn company broke and then tried to charge us for months later. This office is run like a crooked organization. This is thee hands down most stressful situation I have ever experienced. They also know I'm pregnant and have the whole time and do not care about my health or safety what so ever. Do not ever live here if you care about your life. We moved here thinking it would be a great option to save money before buying a house now all I want to do is never see what is supposed to be my home again. All this is not even including the conversation we had with Rita in maintenance who told me the company is having pier work down to our building and that I just have to suffer through the use or kerosene heaters and their Co2 burn-off. I had the worst headache of my life yesterday to the point that I stayed out all day today for my safety. This place is the worst!
