love how i was on hiatus both the times it was popular gfbgf tbh i usually steer clear of the current litblr/booktok books since whatever books i've seen being recommended just didn't do it for me (tho like the only litblr folks who's opinions i factor in are you & a couple of moots like @macbcth & @filippa-kosta tho i haven't been interacting with anyone here except for you) i want to get back into reading but haven't been able to and that bums me out quite a bit;///

yeah no i get it i don’t immediately read every popular book either, but the atlas six kind of intrigue me bc the premise sounded like the type of stories i usually enjoy. i don’t think you missed much tho, i don’t think this book is a must read. i would particularly recommend it as such at least. i’m very honoured to hear that you care about my opinion!! i hope you know that i value yours as well!!! deathless?!?!!? KILLER RECOMMENDATION!!! finished it a couple days ago AND OMG THAT WRITING?!?? the dynamic were also so interesting and the entire angle of mixing fairytales, folk tales, and elements from classic literature was so fascinating and truly such a delight!! so yeah thank you so so so so much for the rec <333 if you want to talk about some reads you’d be in the mood for or need some recs my dms and asks are always open. i am also always up for buddy reads if you need that extra motivation.
